Set up once, then just log

Connect Strava and WHOOP in a couple taps, or log manually anytime. Your diary keeps everything aligned so you can focus on training.

Create your account

Sign up, confirm your email, and you’re ready to log sessions on web or mobile.

Connect Strava (runs/rides)

Go to Settings → Connect Strava. Approve access so new workouts land in your diary automatically.

Connect WHOOP (readiness/sleep)

In Settings, choose Connect WHOOP to pull in recovery, HRV, and sleep—only the metrics you approve.

Log anything, even offline

Add runs, rides, strength, nutrition, or notes manually. Offline entries sync when you’re back online.

Review your day and week

See all sessions and imported data on one timeline. Readiness and load cues show when to push or back off.

Keep data in sync

Background sync and offline cache keep entries aligned across devices. Export anytime for your own backups.
